Bangkok

part 1;

sawadeekruppp.

trip jam 2.45pm waktu malaysia sampai ke bangkok jam 2.45pm keesokkan harinya waktu thai.so memang dah sedia upper berth (kabin katil)
aku punya

diba punya pun upper berth.harga sekitar RM108.kalau lower berth mahal la sikit.RM118.sikit je mahal.tapi apa kan daya masa beli tiket,yg bawah semua full.nak yang bawah sebab senang kalau nak ke toilet buang air.kalau bawah tak payah nak manjat-manjat.luas pun luas..

good morning thailand

Ratchburi, salah satu stesen sebelum Bangkok railway station

muka kelegaan akibat kebaih pungkoq setelah seharian di dalam keretapi yang makanannya ntah apa-apa ntah.

10 thing must do in bangkok

Bangkok has so much to do that it's impossible to fit everything in one visit. So here's our top ten 'must do' in this amazing city.

1. Take a cruise along the Chao Phraya River. The river is particularly atmospheric at dusk, when the light casts golden shadows across Wat Arun.

2. Visit the Grand Palace - Bangkok's signature landmark. Majestic, unique and spectacular.

3. Sit inside Wat Prha Kaew - Temple of the Emerald Buddha, also located inside the Grand Palace compound. Serene and contemplative.

4. Have a traditional Thai massage. At Wat Po, the original teaching centre, or for a more relaxing experience, try one of the luxurious spas that feature in almost every hotel. Go on, treat yourself.....

5. Visit any of the night markets. Suan Lum Night Bazaar has good selection of Thai crafts, souvenirs, clothes, and local food, all at very reasonable prices.

6. Stop and sample some delicious Thai food at a local restaurant or from a street seller. Try some Thai dessert - very sweet. A perfect antidote to fiery chilli.

7. Visit Chatuchak Weekend Market. Hundreds and hundreds of stalls selling everything from jeans to pets.

8. Check out the legendary nightlife scene. From the ubiquitous go-go bars to sophisticated clubs and jazz venues.

9. Take a day trip to Ayutthaya, the former 18th century capital of Thailand.

10. Of course, no trip would be complete without a visit to the famous floating market. Although now visited by many tourists, it's still worth doing.

rangefinder

ada satu hari tu aku tengok filem closer.julia robert amik gambar guna leica M6.daripada situ aku mula timbul minat nak guna kamera rangefinder.

ada apa dengan rangefinder ni?
apa yang aku faham pasal kamera rangefinder ni,rangefinder sesuai utk streetshoot dan available light photography sebab design dia. bukak tingkap dan trus ke sensor @ filem dibelakangnya tanpa melalui byk cermin... dan kebanyakan rangefinder adakah mechanical... jadik tak memerlukan bateri utk berfungsi.. SLR dulu2 mmg mechanical.. tapi bila dah jadik moden dia byk bergantung pada electronics.. so kalau bawak kt tempat mcm antartika @ tempat yg extreme weather cam padang pasir mungkin mengganggu operasi kamera tersebut.

aku ada jugak kawan-kawan yang minat ngan kamera rangefinder.sarol, kas, eone diorang ni suka sangat dengan rangefinder.masa kat ipoh dulu, kebetulan bawah hotel kami tido ada pasar karat, sambil jalan-jalan situ si kas terbeli kamera jenis lama, tak pasti kamera apa.hari ni pulak kat kuala terengganu eone bawak aku,kas ngan joe pegi satu kedai kamera lama kat pekan, nama kedai dia kedai kamera choong eng.kat sini ada banyak jenis kamera rangefinder, antaranya ialah canon cannonet CL17,yashica MG1,yashica 350DSN.ni semua kamera lama.sekarang ni susah dah nak jumpa kamera rangefinder jenis ni.sebab tu eone rajin banyak kamera jenis macam ni sebab dia rajin jalan cari kedai kamera.aku pun terasa nak beli satu.

im getting FAT

5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs

1. Many so-called "health foods" are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat... yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.

2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs. We'll explore what types of exercises REALLY work in a minute.

3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs. I'll show you the exact types of unique workouts that produce 10x better results below.

4. You DON'T need to waste your money on expensive "extreme fat burner" pills (that don't work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective. I'll tell you about these natural foods and their powers below.

5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks... they're all a complete waste of your time and money. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that "ab contraption"... they got their perfect body through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies. Again, you'll learn some of their secrets and what really works below.
